I’ve been trying to sort out my upcoming move and was looking into storage container options. A friend mentioned 1‑800‑Pack‑Rat, and I started digging into it a bit. Thing is, I have a one-bedroom apartment but a LOT of stuff packed into it, including a home office setup and gym gear. Last time I moved, I totally underestimated how much space I’d need and had to leave half my boxes at my sister’s place. I really want to avoid that this time. Has anyone used them recently and can share how to figure out which size container is actually enough?

Just dropping in to say I’ve seen a few of those big containers show up in my neighborhood lately — never realized how popular they are for people moving locally too, not just long distance. Always thought they were only for cross-country relocations.
